We are running as a family to honor Michael Kameo's memory and to channel our grief into positive action. This run symbolizes our collective effort to move forward while keeping Michael's spirit alive in our hearts and in our community. We run because we understand the profound pain of losing a child, and we want to support other families who may be facing similar struggles. No parent should have to experience the heartache we've endured, and by running together, we hope to raise awareness and provide comfort to those in need. Our family runs to celebrate Michael's beautiful soul and the joy he brought into our lives during his short time with us. Each step we take is a tribute to his loving nature and the happiness he shared so freely. This run also represents our commitment to the Michael Kameo Foundation's mission. It's a physical manifestation of our dedication to spreading kindness, supporting our community, and bringing joy to children - all in Michael's name. By running together, we strengthen our family bonds and create new memories while honoring Michael's legacy. It's a way for us to heal, to remember, and to make a difference in the lives of others, just as Michael touched our lives with his pure and beautiful soul. In essence, we run because love endures beyond loss, and because through this act, we can transform our grief into a force for good in the world
